Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • Supervise the bond trading desk and banking book bond investment desk, managing 2 portfolios of high grade bonds and hybrid instruments;

                        • Lead the team to formulate trading strategies, review portfolio P&L and strategy effectiveness;

                        • Stay ahead of macroeconomic trends, regulatory change and market innovation and identify new opportunities;

                        • Manage the market risk and credit risk of the bond portfolio to ensure it operates within internal limits；fulfill all the responsibilities of the risk control requirements;

                        • Review the team P&L and report to the management periodically; ensure completion of P&L budget target;

                        • Streamline current operating procedures and update relevant policies and procedures;

                        • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other relevant majors;

                            • Over 10 years of bond proprietary trading experiences with proven track records;

                            • Qualified to be registered as licensed person at SFC in relevant regulated activities;

                            • CFA/CPA qualification preferable;

                            • Supervisory experience is a must;

                            • Knowledge of Bloomberg TOMS and VBA programming;

                            • Strong analytical and quantitative skills;

                            • Solid financial modeling and valuation skills;

                            • Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills;

                            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

                            • Work with high integrity and have good adaptability.
