Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • Formulate ICBC International investment banking customer development strategy, develop ICBC International investment banking business platform, and complete strategic planning requirements and management medium and long-term goals and indicators assigned by the management;

                          • Complete the annual revenue, profit, market share and other business and financial indicators;

                          • Leverage personal professional experience to develop investment banking business, ensuring ICBCI secures sponsor roles in Hong Kong IPOs and leading positions in other investment banking transactions;

                          • Improve the management and operation system of the investment banking department, and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service, project initiation and execution;

                          • Leverage the functional role of ICBC International within the ICBC Group, interact with the ICBC system, and promote internal and external linkages to further develop the traditional business of ICBC.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor Degree or above in business administration, Finance, or other relevant majors;

                              • At least 10 years of experience in sponsor deals execution, with signing principal qualification preferred;

                              • Familiar with China marketing market and investment banking products, and can provide customers with professional primary and secondary capital market opinions;

                              • Strong leadership skills;

                              • Strategic thinking and management skills;

                              • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

                              • Work with high integrity and have good adaptability.
