Responsibilities:

• ·         Own, lead, monitor and report projects of high-end network products from ES to MP carried out by contract manufacturers (CMs)
• ·         Ensure milestones and deliverables from CMs are accomplished on-time and requirements/specifications are fulfilled
• ·         Work with CMs at different stages from quotation to sample/product delivery
• ·         Coordinate function teams of both in-house and CMs in project activities and ensure documents are in place and correct, e.g. drawings, BOMs, agreements etc.
• ·         Ensure ECN is in place to reflect changes and monitor implementation
• ·         As an important member in operation team, succeed R&D’s responsibility when a product proceeds from development to PP/MP stage
• ·         Help provide and verify information for production planning
• ·         Report problems and drive solution
• ·         Review performance of CMs and drive improvement in work flow, quality, cost, efficiency and problem solving
• ·         Act as the bridge between the company and CMs
• ·         Monitor all CM activities (co-working with PE, Purchaser, QE etc.) including but not limited to: line setup, material preparation, assembly/test/pack according to SOP

Requirements:

• ·         Degree in Engineering discipline, electronics engineering preferred
• ·         Minimum 5 year experience in project management, preferably in EMS Electronics manufacturing industry or product development
• ·         Good communications skills and detail minded
• ·         Well organized with proactive attitude in problem solving
• ·         Able and willing to work in multi-tasking environment, under pressure and with minimum supervision
• ·         Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• ·         Familiar with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
• ·         Strong business, cost and quality sense
• ·         Knowledge of networking and/or RF products is an advantage
• ·         Candidate with less experience will be considered as project engineer
