Key Responsibilities:

              • Commercial Agreements: Review, draft, and manage a broad range of commercial contracts, including non-disclosure, licensing, sales and partnership agreements. Identify key risks and propose workable solutions. Maintain contract records and support the end-to-end contract lifecycle. 

              • Compliance & Advisory: Assist in managing the company's obligations as a listed entity, including monitoring and advising on applicable listing rules, securities regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance matters. Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions. Conduct in-depth legal research, analyse the impact on the company's operations, and provide clear, actionable advice to business stakeholders.  

              • Internal Training: Develop training programmes for internal teams. Translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance to build compliance awareness across the organisation. 

              • Project Support: Assist with corporate and strategic projects, supporting legal workstreams across planning, negotiation, and approval stages.

              • Ad Hoc Matters: Support additional legal matters and special projects as they arise.

Who You Are:

            • Bachelor's degree or above in Law.

            • Minimum 2 years of legal experience, whether in private practice or a commercial setting.

            • Strong commercial judgement and genuine interest in understanding the business, not just the legal angle.

            • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present legal advice clearly to non-legal stakeholders

            • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is preferred but not a requirement 

            • Advantageous:

              • Exposure to M&A transactions or securities law

              • Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to listed companies in relevant jurisdictions
