Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the implementation of organizational policies and plans
• Monitor the environment to facilitate safety, security and optimal health for both clients and staff of the department
• Ensure the smooth operations and administration of the department to improve standard of care
• Monitor and manage the department financially, prepare budget and control cost
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team internally and externally on the delivery of patient service
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Nursing
• Holder of a Certificate of Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Minimum 10 years nursing experience, of which 5 years must be at supervisory level
• Relevant post-registration clinical nursing qualification and/or management training is preferable
