Responsibilities

• Complaint handling: Investigate root cause and implement corrective actions

• Reporting: Preoare clear reports for France and clients on quality issues and solutions; for factory visit evaluation, for production onsite visit etc.

• QC management - supervise QC in China

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Has relevent industry Factory management experience before can be an advantage

• Technical knowledge: Familiar with garment accessories & Metal parts; understand development process, metal mold/tooling, and production workflows

• Testing - able to work with testinfg lab on various testing requirement and analysis of results to rely to involved parties

• Quality Assurance from production start to finish  - To ensure shipment quality

• Audit & compliance: Handle factory audits and compliance

• Travel: Irregular travel between HK and Mainland China required
