Responsibilities
Lead the E-commerce team to drive overall business growth and achieve sales targets
Formulate comprehensive e-commerce business plans and strategies aligned with company objectives and oversee their execution
Explore and expand new sales channels / platforms to maximize business opportunities
Drive online traffic and conversion rates and user growth through digital marketing, promotions, CRM and marketplace collaborations
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including store merchandising, product list optimization and performance monitoring
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the company
Requirements
Degree holder in e-commerce, marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant e-commerce experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (less experience may be considered for E-commerce Specialist position)
Self-motivated, multi-task, strong communication and analytical skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Working experience in operating e-commerce platform - HKTVMall would be an advantage
