Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Deployment: Sales collaboration to formulate and execute global business within the EMS sector
Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments while strengthening presence in existing sectors to grow business and partnership opportunities
Growth Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans focused on sustainable business and financial growth
Opportunity Research: Conduct market research to uncover emerging EMS opportunities and foster long-term relationships with potential clients
Business Opportunity Identification: Align new business initiatives with company goals, targeting high-potential markets and sectors
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and ODMs to ensure long-term collaboration and customer satisfaction
Reporting & Strategy Feedback: Provide regular updates to senior management on business progress, market challenges, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
Degree in Electronics/ Engineering/ Business Development or related discipline
With 5 years’ experience or above
Established network & experience in the Global EMS industry is a Key Factor
Proficiency in English, excellent communication and presentation skills are required
Proven strategic sales & marketing track record within the Electronics Sector
Knowledge of the manufacturing process in Electronics/PCBA is necessary
Developing quotes and proposals for new prospective customers, negotiating and winning new business partners
