Lead and supervise all maintenance activities, including installation coordination, fault diagnosis, routine inspections, emergency repairs, and rectification works.
Proactively identify network risks and develop comprehensive repair, optimization, and improvement plans while driving their successful implementation.
Manage and control costs related to network installation, maintenance, and resource utilization through regular reviews and corrective actions.
Work closely with construction, project, and maintenance teams to deliver system upgrades, capacity expansion, and major rectification initiatives.
Oversee the full project lifecycle for maintenance works — from design review and planning through to final acceptance and documentation quality checks.
Provide guidance and support to maintenance teams on daily operations, project resource management, and documentation accuracy to maintain the highest standards.
Design and implement targeted communication support solutions for major events and high-priority scenarios to guarantee uninterrupted service.
Focus on continuous network health monitoring, fault elimination, and performance enhancement to meet stringent service level requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of solid experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in comprehensive managed services and network maintenance leadership.
Prior exposure working with Mobile Network Operators (MNO) would be a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge of telecommunication network architecture, operations, and maintenance best practices.
Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Highly professional, responsible, and collaborative with a strong team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
