Work will heavily focus on maintaining, enhancing, and customizing existing PeopleSoft modules (Finance, Purchasing, HR/Payroll, and SIS) to meet user needs, alongside regular system patching and troubleshooting.
- Analyse business and technical requirements for PeopleSoft Finance, Purchasing, HR/Payroll and Campus Solution (SIS).
- Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft customizations and enhancements.
- Provide production support, issue troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Support patching, upgrades, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, and migration instructions.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ (For SA) / 5+ (For AP) years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft 9.x, with PeopleTools v8.5+ in Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources and Payroll, and Campus Solution (SIS).
- Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker, PeopleTools Workflow Technologies, and SQL/Oracle.
- Proven experience with system analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.
