Lead and oversee end-to-end network maintenance, coordinating installation, fault diagnosis & resolution, routine inspections, and rapid emergency repairs.
Manage and optimize costs for installation and ongoing maintenance activities while performing regular audits and corrective actions on network assets.
Proactively identify emerging network risks or degradations, then develop and execute targeted repair, remediation, and performance optimization plans.
Drive core maintenance priorities: preventive inspections, fault rectification, and system reliability enhancements.
Partner closely with construction, engineering, and operations teams to deliver network upgrades, capacity expansions, and system rectifications.
What We’re Looking For To excel in this leadership role, you should bring:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Minimum 10–15 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, including at least 5–7 years in comprehensive network maintenance management or managed services (ideally involving mobile broadband systems, 4G/5G technologies).
Prior exposure to mobile network operator (MNO) environments or large-scale telecom operations is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of telecommunication network architecture, operations, and best practices.
Proven leadership ability to manage, motivate, and develop maintenance teams.
