Responsibilities

• Manage quality control & assurance

• Provide insight & risk assessment – partner with the MR/TD team during the new product development stage to conduct product Risk Assessment

• Implement the standards and processes

• Provide training and development

• Collaborate and provide support to stakeholders – Issue QA activity reports to VPGQA that provide an overview of activities undertaken and highlight any issues or concerns and deal with MR/customers for quality issues

• Organise meetings & monitor inspection status

• Support ad-hoc issues whenever necessary

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 10 years’ relevant experience, in which at least 3 years in the same position and familiar with all rounded garment products (Sweater, Knits & woven)

• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese

• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure

• May require stationing in SD / SH for 3 months
