To provide advice on the ongoing maintain and support of the software and network architecture of the IT system
To supervise the contractors to perform maintenance and support services in upkeeping the software and network architecture of the IT system
To provide technical advices on enhancement of the infrastructure and network architecture in order to meet the prescribed service level
To perform quality control and quality assurance
Higher Diploma or above
At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure (supporting software and network architecture) including exposure to K8S
Solid experience in supporting government departmental network and database;
Solid experience in implementing security measures and carrying out compliance activities such as security risk assessment and audit (SRAA)
Solid experience in implementing large scale critical systems with 7x24, high availability and disaster recovery requirements;
Experience in performing quality control of IT services provided by contractor.
