To work with the contractor for the deployment of AI applications and tools on internal system including reviewing technical proposals, coordinating implementation schedules and ensuring acceptance
To provide technical support and advisory to tenants of GCIS-DCI on the integration of AI orchestration and automation tools including but not limited to n8n, LangChain, Open-webUI, RAGflow and Dify
To provide technical support to different B/Ds for the adoption of AI applications and automation workflows
To liaise with contractors to troubleshoot and optimise AI workflows, ensuring solutions align with B/D operational requirements and government infrastructure constraints (e.g. GNET, security policies)
To conduct system acceptance tests, resilience tests and load tests for AI platforms hosted on DCI
To coordinate contractors and various parties to conduct various assessments such as annual SRAA and advanced security tests
To review deliverables from contractor and monitor contractor's performance on daily operation of AI platforms
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
Must have at least two-year work experience in Artificial Intelligence and/or Generative AI, including but not limited to LLM orchestration, AI workflow automation and AI solution deployment
Must have at least two-year working experience in architecting, deploying, and securing AI orchestration and automation tools such as n8n, LangChain, Open-webUI, RAGflow and Dify
Must have at least three-year working experience in installation, configuration, support and monitoring of private cloud platform
Must possess sound technical knowledge and experience in configuration and management of B/D business needs into technical AI workflows, Large Language Models (LLMs)
