1. Fund Operations & Reporting

Maintain the general ledger for multiple investment vehicles (Main Funds, Co-investment vehicles, and SPVs).
Prepare quarterly and annual GAAP-compliant financial statements.
Manage the Capital Call process: calculating partner allocations and issuing notices to LPs.
Process Distributions (carried interest and cost basis) back to investors.

2. Portfolio Monitoring

Track the performance of portfolio companies and maintain cap table data.
Assist in the valuation process of private equity investments in accordance with ASC 820.
Reconcile cash accounts and monitor fund expenses/management fees.

3. Compliance & Audit

Coordinate with external auditors for the annual year-end audit process.
Prepare data for tax advisors for the timely delivery to investors.
Assist in regulatory filings (e.g., Form ADV, Form PF) and AML/KYC onboarding for new investors.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in accounting (either in-house at a VC/PE firm or within a specialized fund administrator). Public accounting experience (Big 4 or mid-tier) with a focus on financial services is a plus.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex modeling).
Credentials: CPA or candidate for CPA is strongly preferred.
