Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Guest Experience

Portfolio Oversight: Direct and elevate daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring uncompromising consistency in service, culinary quality, and the overall guest journey.
Guest & Client Relations: Identify, cultivate, and nurture relationships with VIP guests, regulars, and premium corporate clients to drive brand loyalty and repeat revenue.
Escalation Management: Oversee the swift, satisfactory resolution of complex customer complaints, establishing long-term corrective measures to continually elevate brand standards.

Financial Stewardship & Commercial Strategy

Financial Management: Monitor and analyze KPIs, P&L reports, and operational metrics. Develop pricing structures, manage costs, and formulate comprehensive budget plans to drive profitability.
Labor & Resource Optimization: Architect efficient staffing models, schedules, and labor cost controls without compromising luxury service standards.
Revenue Generation: Partner with marketing teams to design and implement targeted promotional strategies that enhance brand reputation and drive top-line revenue.
Supply Chain & Inventory: Maintain strict oversight of food and beverage inventory, managing vendor and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and premium sourcing.

Beverage Program & Event Leadership

Wine Program Management: Oversee the group’s wine portfolios, leveraging extensive knowledge of international vintages, regions, and characteristics to maximize beverage revenue.
Curation & Education: Organize exclusive wine tastings, special culinary events, and structured educational sessions for both discerning guests and internal staff.

Compliance & Governance

Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all venues operate in absolute alignment with hospitality legislation, licensing, and health and safety regulations.

Requirement:

Education: University degree holder in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience within luxury hotels, premium food and beverage groups, or high-end hospitality businesses.
Beverage Expertise: Deep understanding of global wine types, production methods, and pairing principles is highly preferred.
Strategic Acumen: Strong background in event sales, luxury guest expectations, and sophisticated cost-control methodologies.
Leadership Style: A self-motivated, detail-oriented leader with excellent team management and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua).
Technical Skills: Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and strategic planning.
