Job description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with end users, internal teams, and vendors for project implementation.
Attend meetings, take accurate dictation, and prepare minutes.
Handle goods collection, delivery arrangements, storage, and documentation.
Maintain and update inventory records and asset tracking.
Support equipment disposal processes according to company guidelines.
Escort vendors during onsite work and ensure compliance with security rules.
Provide onsite support at customer or remote offices, including occasional non‑office‑hour tasks.

Requirements:

Experience handling end‑user inquiries and resolving issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience in project planning, budgeting, or execution is an advantage.
Organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
