Responsibilities:

Provide on-site IT support at customer offices, handling daily hardware, software, and end-user issues
Manage IT service requests including software installation, account setup, access rights, and user onboarding/offboarding
Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and technical support
Perform routine system updates, patching, and basic security compliance for end-user devices
Handle IT administrative and project coordination tasks, including invoice processing, service reporting, and documentation
Support internal IT teams on assigned operational tasks, service reviews, and small-scale IT projects

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
Experience in IT administration or end-user support within a corporate environment
Basic technical knowledge of Windows systems, software applications, and IT service management processes
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Able to work independently on-site and provide professional user-facing support
