The Challenge We Pose to You:
- Conduct digital forensics investigations on compromised systems, covering evidence acquisition, preservation, and in-depth analysis
- Perform penetration testing engagements against customer environments to identify vulnerabilities
- Provide 2nd tier support for Managed Security Service (MSS), particularly in information security incident management; investigate, respond, and deliver timely recommendations
- Design, maintain, and continuously tune SIEM rules to improve detection accuracy
- Prepare, review, and update security playbooks, operational procedures, and guidelines
- Manage changes for MSS devices, including testing and applying patches or upgrades with proper documentation
- Prepare service reports for both customers and internal stakeholders
- Administer the MSS portal to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Conduct regular service review meetings with customers
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
What You Bring to Us:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT, with at least 1 year in information security or risk management
- Professional certifications in information security (e.g., CEH, CHFI, OSCP, CISSP) are an advantage
- Hands-on experience in security incident analysis and handling
- Experience with Firewall, IDS/IPS, UTM, WAF, UNIX, and Windows system administration
- Knowledge of vulnerability analysis, as well as traffic, event, and packet analysis
- Familiarity with regular expressions and SQL query statements
- Knowledge of SIEM and networking technologies is an advantage
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in Putonghua and English is an advantage
