The Challenge We Pose to You:
- Design and propose integrated ICT solutions encompassing AI/GenAI, networking, cloud, and security, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal product and operational capabilities.
- Drive AI-enabled solution development, including use case identification, solution architecture design, and integration into enterprise and telecom environments.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, practical, and value-driven solution designs, with a strong emphasis on AI-led innovation.
- Develop and support workload migration strategies to public and private cloud platforms, ensuring feasibility and execution readiness.
- Design, configure, and support proof-of-concept (PoC) environments, including AI/GenAI demonstrations and solution validation.
- Collaborate with external partners, including AI solution providers, to source and integrate complementary solutions while ensuring compatibility with internal support capabilities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations) to ensure seamless solution design, integration, and implementation.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, financial justifications, and pricing models to support customized solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and market trends in AI/GenAI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and telecommunications, contributing to innovation and new service development.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as required.
What You Bring to Us:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or ICT-related roles with exposure to AI, data analytics, or automation technologies
- Hands-on exposure with AI/GenAI technologies, including practical usage or implementation, such as:
- Adoption of GenAI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Qianwen, DeepSeek, Claude, etc.)
- Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and prompt engineering concepts
- Application of AI in business or technical scenarios
- Foundational knowledge in one or more of the following domains:
- Networking (e.g. TCP/IP, SD-WAN, routing & switching)
- Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Cybersecurity principles and practices
- Demonstrated capability in integrating AI with enterprise and telecom solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-evolving technology landscape with a strong learning mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Cisco, Huawei, H3C, AWS, Microsoft, Fortinet, etc.) and/or AI-related certifications or project experience will be advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
