Deeply understand technology trends and customer research pain points in the fields of AI for Science (AI4S), materials science, and computational chemistry, and output implementable product solutions and value propositions.
Accurately grasp customer needs, balance technical feasibility, engineering constraints, and commercialization goals, and formulate product priorities and iterative strategies.
Lead external customer communication, business solution output, technical exchanges, demand exploration and opportunity expansion, and promote the implementation of commercialization paths.
Work closely with Zhongguancun R&D, engineering, and scientist teams to align product direction, technical capability boundaries, R&D scheduling and customer commitments.
As a senior technical product leader, he outputs industry insights, competitive product analysis, and market strategies to support the company's AI4S business strategy formulation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in materials science, chemistry, computational chemistry, AI/machine learning or related science and engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in AI for Science (AI4S), materials science, computational chemistry, scientific research software-related products, solutions, or technology management, familiar with scientific research and industrial R&D processes.
Possess deep knowledge in the AI4S field, understanding the application and implementation boundaries of molecular simulation, quantum chemistry, machine learning, and LLM in scientific research scenarios.
Excellent cross-team communication skills can clearly convey complex technical concepts and product values to technology, scientists, and customers.
Experience in customer-side delivery, training, technical support, and requirements management, and familiarity with enterprise-level software localized deployment processes is preferred.
Successful experience in building scientific research/AI products, defining product roadmaps, and outputting customer solutions from 0 to 1 or 1 to N.
Fluent in English and can directly connect with overseas customers and teams.
With strategic thinking, business sensitivity and result-oriented, he is a senior person in charge of technology, product, and business combinations.
