Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize intelligent applications and agents, deploy efficient LLM inference, and manage scalable data pipelines to ensure high‑performance systems
- Build modules for multi‑agent coordination, secure agent communication, and compliant cross‑border data flow mechanisms
- Drive technical workstreams within joint task forces, overcoming challenges and ensuring successful project delivery, adoption, and long‑term impact
- Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure system performance meets defined targets and business objectives
- Partner with IT, Product, and Business teams to analyze use cases, define requirements, and design end‑to‑end AI solution architectures with clear modules and acceptance criteria
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML/Data
- Knowledge of trending technologies e.g. AI Cloud, Security
- Possession of certifications such as PMP, Data Governance, or Information Security are highly preferred
- Experience with large-scale enterprise digital transformation, AI productization, or complex system integration is a plus
- Strong understanding of programming, AI frameworks and tools, and the engineering stack for AI solutions
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Strong command of both English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior AI Application Engineer
