Job description

What you need to do:

Assist Section Head in overseeing daily kitchen operations and workflow
Develop and update Western menus and specials
Monitor food inventory and assist in controlling costs and minimizing waste
Maintain all food quality and presentation meet the hotel’s quality standards
Follow safety and hygiene regulations

Who are we looking for?

At least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie in hotel industry
Ability to lead a team and work well under pressure
General knowledge of cost control and expense management
Basic computer skills and administrative abilities
Good command in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
