Responsibilities:

Perform bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) duties.
Manage daily financial functions and maintain accounting operations.
Prepare cheques, bank remittances, and bank reconciliations.
Scan and organize accounting and invoice documents.
Assist with month-end closing processes.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
5 years of accounting/finance experience;
Strong team player with initiative and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MYOB, MS Office and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese & English
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
