Our client is now looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following positions:
1 year Customer Service or related experience
Communicate with clients by email and telephone with good customer service skills in order to fulfill their requirements
Act as a contact point between clients and internal parties to meet deadlines
Willing to take shift (roster will be arranged in advance once a month) - with attractive shift allowance
Willing to work overtime & during weekend with attractive allowance
Remarks:
Monthly salary: Negotiable depends on skills/experience + Shift & OT allowance
Working hours: 3 shifts (7:30 am – 3:30 pm/ 3:30 pm – 11:30 pm/ 11:30 pm – 7:30 am). Roaster to be arranged in advance once a month
