Provide deskside and remote support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Respond to and resolve incident and service request tickets in a timely manner
Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and standard office applications
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and device configuration
Coordinate with regional IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution
Maintain documentation and inventory of IT assets
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards
Meeting Room AV system Setup
F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years' experience in technical support
Solid technical background, including experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 11, and Office 365.
Experience in Basic Networking, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, AD Connect
Experience in troubleshooting PC/Server Hardware and Software issues.
Understanding and knowledge of network troubleshooting skills in the Windows environment.
