• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, systems analysts, and architects to design secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

• FWrite clean, well-tested, and efficient code across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces and robust backend logic using Java, JSP, and JSF components.

• Implement data exchange and integration layers utilizing XML, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP).

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.

• Participate in peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and adhere to industry best practices and coding standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3 years of hands-on experience in web-based software development.

• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher preferred) and the Java EE (Jakarta EE) platform.

• Solid, hands-on experience with JSF (JavaServer Faces) and JSP (JavaServer Pages).

• Deep understanding of XML, XML parsing (DOM/SAX), and web services.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX).

• Good communication skills
