Perform daily network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for LAN, WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and related infrastructure
Assist in network project implementation and deployment, including configuration, testing, and rollout of new network solutions or upgrades
Ensure network security, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution
Support network security operations, including basic firewall rules, VPN configurations, and vulnerability checks
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network-related incidents and implement improvements
Document network configurations, procedures, and changes
Provide on-site support in our Kowloon Bay office
F.5 or above
At least 2-3 years' experience in network infrastructure operations, maintenance, and/or project implementation (experience in enterprise environments preferred)
Experience and knowledge in Networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF/BGP basics, etc.), Network devices such as Cisco/Huawei/Juniper routers & switches, firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) and LAN/WAN, wireless networks, VPN, and basic network security practices
