Perform ongoing system administration and support for Windows Server environments (including Domain Controllers and DHCP) and networking infrastructure (routers, switches, and firewalls).
Maintain and support endpoint security measures for project workstations.
Provide 7x24 on-call support and perform hands-on maintenance/troubleshooting across data centers and user offices.
Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the line manager.
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4-5 years experience in related duties
Solid, proven experience in Windows Server administration, server virtualization (Hyper-V), and networking equipment management.
Strong background in comprehensive network and system management.
Willing and able to participate in a 7x24 on-call support rotation
Good communication skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
