• To study IT relevant promulgated events and analyze IT incidents for future system design / security implementation

• To closely liaise with different government departments for user requirement collection and analysis, project review and planning

• To manage contractors with project programme and/or maintenance schedule planning and review;

• To assist in divisional procurements of goods and services

• To carry out feasibility study, market research, user requirement definition, system analysis and design, implementation, documentation, report generation, testing, and maintenance of application systems

• To perform application development, coding, documentation, testing, user training, maintenance and enhancement for Intranet/Internet, client/server systems, and web application systems

• To perform database design, programming, data conversion, performance tuning, system administration and maintenance

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 7 years or above relevant IT working experience in business analysis, system design and development, testing, implementation & deployment, configuration, customization, and administration of application software systems

• At least 6-7 years' experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management

• Knowledge and solid experience in user and/or vendor management

• Experience and skills in database development and administration, microservices and webservice are mandatory

• Knowledge and experience in Docker, Cloud Computing, virtualization
