Looking for a high-performing and well-connected Loan Sales Specialist to join our Private Credit & Asset Management team. The role focuses on loan syndication and private credit fundraising, building distribution channels across banks, institutional investors, and private funds. The ideal candidate will have deep relationships in the credit investor community and a proven track record in placing structured loan and private credit assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Syndication & Distribution

– Lead the sales and distribution of bilateral, club, and syndicated loan products to institutional investors, banks, and funds.

– Execute loan placement strategies, including primary syndication and secondary trading.

– Coordinate with origination and structuring teams to match investor appetite with deal pipeline.

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, investor preferences, and liquidity trends.

Private Credit Fundraising

– Market and raise capital for private credit funds and investment vehicles.

– Develop and maintain long-term relationships with LPs, family offices, and institutional investors.

– Prepare marketing materials, investor decks, and due diligence documentation.

– Provide feedback to fund management on investor appetite and product positioning.

Market Development & Strategy

– Expand investor coverage network across regions (Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, etc.).

– Identify new product and co-investment opportunities with strategic partners.

– Contribute to product innovation by bringing market insights and investor feedback into structuring discussions.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.

– 5–10 years of relevant experience in loan sales, syndication, private credit fundraising, or debt capital markets distribution.

– Strong network with institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, asset managers, credit funds, family offices).

– Proven track record in closing syndicated loans or fundraising transactions.

– In-depth understanding of credit products, loan documentation, and market conventions.

– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

– CPA or relevant professional qualifications preferred.

– SFC Type 1 or Type 9 license (or equivalent) is a plus.
