Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll calculation, pension fund contribution and tax return filing, liaise with authorities to ensure compliance
Responsible for planning and implementation of staff benefits programs, including group medical, life and employee compensation insurance renewal, benefits review, staff recreation activities, etc., ensure the process compiles with internal policies and legislation
Design and execute reward programs, such as compensation review, market survey, bonus distribution, etc., serve as internal consultant to optimize pay structure and deliver benchmarking tools for hiring
Handle employee performance management cycle, actively participate in regular review of performance policies and incentive schemes, prepare and organize key processes including goal setting, monitoring, annual performance appraisal and staff feedback, etc.
Work closely with external and internal parties to manage HRIS maintenance and enhancement projects
Participate in other ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources or other related discipline
A minimum of 5 years solid experience in total reward and/or payroll administration gained from sizable financial institutions, preferably in commercial banks
Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, practices and regulations
Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements
Detailed-minded, excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills is essential
Proficient in MS office applications
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
