工作職責
  • 於櫃位提供接待及查詢服務
  • 為高端客戶提供優質服務,維持專業形象
  • 處理簡單客訴、跟進客戶需求
  • 協助日常營運、簡單文書及系統輸入
  • 需要時主動向客戶介紹產品/設施 / 服務
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide reception and inquiry services at the counter
  • Deliver high-quality service to high-end clients and maintain a professional image
  • Handle simple customer complaints and follow up on customer needs
  • Assist with daily operations, basic administrative paperwork, and system data entry
  • Proactively introduce products / facilities / services to customers when needed

  • 1 年前線客戶服務/接待經驗
  • 中學畢業生
  • 具良好溝通技巧,有耐性及服務態度良好

Job Requirements
  • 1 year of frontline customer service / reception experience
