Job Responsibilities:
Fill open requisitions promptly to support clients’ business objectives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including understanding client hiring needs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates aligned with job requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of their hiring trends and workforce needs.
Deliver high-quality service to both clients and candidates by addressing client expectations while supporting candidates’ career development.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline that aligns with clients’ ongoing and future hiring needs.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 2 years of solid experience in recruitment or human resources.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
Passion for being in the "people business" with excellent client management and customer servicing skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and hardworking, with a resourceful and self-motivated mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
