Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • Oversee and monitor site progress and work quality

              • Ensure the compliance with contract and regulations

              • Coordinate and communicate with different parties like sub-contractors and clients

              • Analyze project data to evaluate work progress, efficiency, and effectiveness.

                                        • At least 8 years of experience in fitting-out projects

                                        • Diploma or above in Interior Design, Building Studies, Architecture, or equivalent.

                                        • Solid technical expertise with hands-on site management experience.

                                        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

                                        • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

                                        • Applicants with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Project Manager.
