Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pitch for new business opportunities across Hong Kong, mainland China (GBA prospects), or regional APAC hubs.
  • Consult with HR Directors, Line Managers, and C-Suite clients on Hong Kong labor trends, salary benchmarking, and talent retention strategies.
  • Headhunt and identify high-caliber passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobsDB/Jobstreet, our massive internal database, and local professional networks.
  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle—from conducting thorough interviews (evaluating cultural fit for HK/multinational environments) to managing expectations regarding counter-offers and notice periods.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the local economy (e.g., policy updates, shifting industry hubs) and share market intelligence with the team.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment agency environment in Hong Kong. (Proven track record in high-billing B2B corporate sales will also be considered).
  • Sector Specialization: Open to various desks, with strong preference for consultants specializing in: Banking & Finance, Technology (IT), Supply Chain & Logistics, Retail & Luxury, or Professional Services.
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and Cantonese is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is a highly valued asset for cross-border and GBA business.
  • Local Market Acumen: Deep understanding of the Hong Kong corporate landscape, commercial practices, and local candidate motivations.
  • Attributes: Resilient, target-driven, and highly collaborative with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
