Key Responsibilities

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy. Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range financial modeling processes.

                              • Lead the end-to-end financial readiness and listing preparation for the company’s upcoming IPO, coordinating seamlessly with investment banks, legal sponsors, and reporting accountants

                              • Oversee the finance team in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow management.

                              • Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide the executive team and board members with commercial insights into cost-efficiency and revenue drivers.

                              • Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls. Ensure full compliance with tax laws, statutory reporting requirements, and accounting standards.

Requirements

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

                                      • Experience in Hong Kong IPO is a MUST.

                                      • Experience in Big 4 Audit firms is preferred

                                      • At least 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial capacity.

                                      • Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies for non-finance stakeholders.
