Key Responsibilities

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Support the execution of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions, such as IPOs, private placements, block trades, and pre-IPO financing.

                                  • Conduct financial analysis, including company valuations, market research, and shareholding structure reviews.

                                  • Prepare internal approval documents and client-facing presentation materials.

                                  • Serve as a key liaison between syndicate partners, sales teams, corporate clients, and investors.

                                  • Contribute to client pitch development and the generation of new business ideas.

                                  • Fulfill additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

                                          • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience within Equity Capital Markets.

                                          • Demonstrated success in supporting ECM transactions with strong industry knowledge.

                                          • Proactive, analytical, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

                                          • Fluency in both spoken Mandarin and English.
