Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end CIES applications (eligibility, documentation review, submissions, and occasional errands)
Advise clients on CIES investment requirements, compliance, timelines, and renewal procedures
Monitor qualifying investments and generate periodic reports
Provide administrative support for sales operations and execute dealing orders as needed
Address sales and client inquiries with quality service
Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on CIES application experience
Solid knowledge of CIES regulations, qualifying investments, renewal criteria, and regulatory issues
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong documentation, tracking, and deadline management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese), and Mandarin
SFC licenses an advantage
