Job Description:
- Work closely with the Design team and Sourcing team during the development process to ensure product is fit for purpose and production viable
- Identify the control points / potential risks at production level during new product development phase
- Ensure products are evaluated, tested and approved in accordance with Company standards and mandatory requirements
- Give guidelines and advice to factories such as techniques, possible problems, and materials use to keep improve the quality level of our suppliers
- Provide technical support during the production process in the factory to adhere the required quality for final goods
- Regular review of quality level of supplier and drive for improvements
- Ensure inspection criteria / seal sample and product specification available to QC inspection
- Ensure customer feedback including complaint and supplier issues are managed and resolved with the suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline and background
- At least 5 years’ QA working experience
- Solid background of Toys products
- Preventive awareness in term of product safety and production consistency
- With buying office exp will be an advantage
- Experience in collaborating with 3rd party test laboratory is preferable
- Familiar with EU markets technical standard requirements
- Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel
