Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase order, follow up chart and relevant documentation timely and accurately so that effective planning of the sales order can be achieved           

• Liaise with vendors on order details and oversee the production schedule so that on -time production schedule can be ensured

• Assist the merchandisers/senior merchandiser in samples follow up and measurement taking and make suggestions on enhancing the efficiency of the merchandising team

• Prepare inspection materials and liaise with QCs to ensure products are up to required quality standard

• Follow up order progress to ensure on-time production to meet shipment deadlines

• Provide clerical support such as filing, copying, mailing, photo management to the operations to assist efficient and effective running of operations   

• Any other tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above in related discipline

• 1-2 years merchandising experience in cotton knit & woven

• Exp in US market, buying office/trading/agency business

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

• Good command in English & Mandarin is a MUST
