Job Description:

Responsible for daily treasury operations mainly focus on all aspects of bank account management, including account opening and closing, maintenance, changes to authorized signatories, KYC documents and Anti Money Laundering (AML) matters.
Nurture and maintain strong banking relationships and manage various bank accounts effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Handle internal payment, bank reconciliations, filing and maintaining statuary records etc.
Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
Prepare and present reports on treasury activities and performance to senior management.
Prepare annual audit report and Liaise with external auditor.
Perform tax computation and handle tax filing.
Assist in ad hoc projects as required by Management.
One man band role
Ratio of Duties: 70% Bank account & service management + 30% Full set accounting work Requirements:

Requirement

Degree holder or above in banking, accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
At least 2-3 years’ relevant experiences in treasury management or corporate/commercial banking management.
Familiar with banking operations, policies, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Familiar with bank KYC & AML requirements and procedures are a must.
High integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
Loyal and sociable, able to work independently and self-motivated.
Strong relationship development,management and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in PC applications, Quickbooks and MS Office especially in MS Excel.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
Immediately available will be an advantage.
