Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide training to QA inspectors to control sweater qualities of our vendors

• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with production teams to address quality challenges and implament solutions

• Work closely with venders and suppliers to ensure compliance with the quality standards

• Establish and maintain quality assurance and control processes to ensure the highest standards are met

• Conduct regular evaluations of product quality processes

• Save as a quality advovate and provide guidance on quality-related issues to senior leadership

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or aobve

• At least 10 years of extensive experience in quality assurance, with a proven tracl record in the sweater industry

• Excellent understanding of sweater manufacturing processes and quality control

• Previous experience in dealing with offshore sweater factories is a MUST

• Able to communicate with overseas QA / Buyers verbally

• Good command of both written and spoken English

• Station in Cambodia
