• Government tenders: Own the technical strategy, respond to RFI/RFPs, and create winning proposals.

• Architecture design: Build secure, scalable microservices with APIs, containers, DevOps, and cloud-native practices.

• Database migration: Lead transitions from traditional databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) to XC databases (Kingbase, OceanBase, GaussDB).

• Governance: Define reference architectures, reusable patterns, and review solution designs.

• Leadership: Mentor architects and technical leads, ensuring solutions meet cost, risk, and compliance standards.

• Collaboration: Work with project managers, analysts, security teams, and vendors to deliver successful projects.

• Compliance: Ensure solutions meet government IT and security standards (identity, access, encryption, auditing).

• Stakeholder engagement: Present solutions, risks, and roadmaps to senior leaders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 15+ years in IT, 8+ years as a Solution Architect, 5+ years in leadership.

• Tender expertise: Strong background in government/public sector bids.

• Technical skills: Microservices (Spring Cloud, .NET, Kubernetes, CI/CD), APIs, messaging, data streaming.

• Database skills: Hands-on migration experience to XC databases, with deep knowledge of compatibility and tools.

• Soft skills: Strong problem-solving, communication (Chinese & English), and team leadership abilities.
