As a Relationship Manager / Private Banker, you will:
Acquire & Manage: Onboard High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-HNW clients, while deepening existing relationships.
Holistic Wealth Planning: Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and life circumstances to deliver bespoke wealth solutions.
Investment Advisory: Provide tailored investment advice aligned with clients’ risk profiles and the firm’s house views across funds, equities, structured products, margin financing, and insurance.
Financial Mapping: Analyze key parameters including asset allocation, investment horizon, liquidity needs, and risk tolerance.
Portfolio Customisation: Allocate client capital across multiple asset classes via the firm’s extensive custodian bank network.
Proactive Monitoring: Issue timely buy/sell/hold recommendations based on client preferences and market conditions.
KYC & Compliance: Serve as the first line of defense, driving robust KYC due diligence and ensuring full compliance with HK regulatory requirements.
About You
Education: Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Private Banking or Wealth Management with proven client relationship skills.
Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of funds, equities, margin financing, insurance, and structured products.
Languages: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
Mindset: Self-motivated, determined, and passionate about delivering exceptional private client service.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Open to: Candidates currently working in Private Banks, other EAMs, or Multi-Family Offices.
