An opportunity to join a well-established Hong Kong fashion retail brand with long-standing market presence. The role will support and drive the company's eCommerce operations, contributing to its ongoing digital development.

This position is suitable for candidates at Assistant Manager / Manager level, and also open to strong Senior Executive candidates who are ready to step up.



Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotional activities
* Support online merchandising to align with seasonal campaigns and product launches
* Monitor performance metrics (traffic, sales, conversion) and identify improvement opportunities
* Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives (e.g. social media, paid media, CRM campaigns)
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth website operations and customer journey
* Maintain website content to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and visually engaging
* Track campaign performance and prepare reports with practical insights
* Stay informed of fashion trends and competitor activities
* Support order flow and customer experience where required



Key Requirements

* 5 years of experience in eCommerce or online retail
* Exposure to fashion / retail / lifestyle sector is advantageous
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Detail-oriented and organised, with a proactive approach to work
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
* Fluent in English and Chinese
