Responsibilities

• Build, Strengthen, Manage, and Lead the end-to-end Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Internal Audit function for the business across multiple locations.

• Put in place necessary competencies across the operation to ensure we deliver product quality cost-effectively.

• Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits

• Investigating customer complaints, concerns, and requirements

• Collaborating with other members of management to develop new products and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods to improve overall quality capability in the company

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or aobve, with a strong foundation in technical garment construction

• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role

• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

• 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing or quality management

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager

• Hard working, responsible, trustworthy, fair and have high ethical standards

• Reliable and Trustworthy

• Strong communicator across different age groups and cultural backgrounds

• Strong leadership, planning and organization skills

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Fast learning and able to manage change.

• Good fabric technical knowledge

• Experience in Swimwear / Sportswear / Ladies wear / Intimate Apparel

• Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of MS office is essential

• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodology

• Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach

• Previous experience in managing an overseas factory base is preferred

• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage

• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
