Duties

Analyse market trends, customer segments, and industry developments to identify commercial opportunities
Translate insights into actionable business development initiatives and structured proposals
Support business planning, prioritisation, and decision-making across multiple business units
Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops, meetings, and initiative alignment
Drive progress of initiatives from concept through execution, including pilots and scaling across markets
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine solutions, ensuring practical implementation
Prepare clear presentations, updates, and materials to support internal discussions and decisions
Contribute to broader strategic and group-level projects as required

Requirements

Degree holder or above in related disciplines
At least 6 years’ working experience in management consulting, strategy, commercial, or business development roles
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with a practical mindset
Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable business initiatives
Experience working across functions, regions, or multi-stakeholder environments
Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to develop clear and impactful insights
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with strong ownership
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
