Support the end-to-end planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of IT projects and major system enhancements.
Formulate comprehensive tender specifications, analyze complex user requirements, and translate them into functional technical designs.
Design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, coordinate testing execution with business users, and manage production release and stabilization phases.
Execute system configuration, customization, and deployment workflows within cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and enterprise suites (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
Plan and manage critical data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, security, and successful transition from legacy systems to modern cloud databases (Dataverse, Azure SQL).
Provide robust system support, including root-cause troubleshooting, performance optimization, and proactive maintenance of existing live platforms.
Act as a core liaison between business stakeholders, internal development teams, and external vendors to facilitate seamless system integrations and timely delivery.
Perform other related duties and support special projects as assigned by management.
Degree with at least 3 years of practical experience in a project management role
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:
Cloud-based platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
CRM / enterprise systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Databases (e.g. Microsoft Dataverse, Azure SQL)
Experience in implementing IT projects within education or public sector is an advantage
Familiarity with system integration, configuration, and data migration is an advantage
Possession of project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
