• Assist the operation of annual DR Drill with service contractors

• Take part in maintenance and support of the server infrastructure of internal email system, including Patch Management Solution, Anti-virus, DFS, Microsoft Windows Server platform, and Backup Solutions in multiple virtualisation environments of different brands

• Take part in daily health check, inventory management and system patching activities

• Update the patching procedures and COPM, aligning them with industry standards, frameworks and best practices

• Assist the supervisor to manage the overall system availability and conduct project management tasks

• Manage the physical appliances and equipment located in data centres

• Follow up with respective stakeholders to solve the problems reported by clients proactively

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 3 years' experience in IT industry

• At least 2 years of working experience in administration of Infrastructure in multiple virtualisation environments of different brands and Microsoft Windows Server platform

• Good command in spoken and written English is required
